Support a Cause is a platform operated by Ezone India. By using the platform, making a payment, or submitting a campaign, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the platform

The platform lets people support fundraising campaigns. Campaigns must be lawful, accurate, and used only for the stated purpose. You are responsible for the information you submit.

2. Campaign review

Every campaign is reviewed before it goes live. We may decline or remove any campaign at our discretion. We do not independently guarantee that a campaign's claims are true — support causes you trust.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Amounts you pay support the relevant campaign, net of applicable payment-gateway charges and any platform fee shown at checkout. See our pricing page for charge details. Ezone India is a commercial entity; payments are not tax-deductible and no tax-exemption certificate is issued.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Liability

We facilitate payments and campaign discovery. We are not liable for how a campaign uses the funds it raises. You contribute at your own discretion, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction at our registered place of business.
