Support a Cause (operated by Ezone India) sometimes features student ambassadorswho are minors (under 18). This page explains how we handle their personal data, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect about ambassadors

For a student ambassador we may display a name and basic profile details relevant to their participation in a campaign. We collect only what is needed to show their involvement — nothing more.

Consent

A minor's data is added and shown only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and did not consent, contact us and we will remove the data.

No tracking or profiling

We do not track, profile, or run targeted advertising toward minors. We do not use their data for any purpose beyond displaying their participation in the relevant campaign.

Deletion & grievances

A parent or guardian (or the ambassador) can ask us to delete a minor's data at any time by emailing support@supportacause.co.in (Grievance Officer: Shashank Gowda). We will action the request promptly. See our Privacy Policy and Contact page.
