Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to payments made on Support a Cause, operated by Ezone India.

One-time contributions

Contributions to a campaign are generally non-refundable once the payment succeeds, because funds are directed toward the stated campaign.

When we do refund

We will refund a payment where: (a) you were charged in error or charged a duplicate amount; (b) the amount debited does not match the amount you authorised; or (c) a campaign is found to be fraudulent or is removed before funds are applied. Raise such a request within 7 days of the transaction.

How to request a refund

Email support@supportacause.co.in with your transaction/payment ID and the reason. We review each request and, where approved, process the refund to your original payment method through Razorpay. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit it.

Recurring (monthly) contributions

You can cancel a monthly contribution at any time from your account, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; amounts already charged follow the rules above.
